The cancels show two hearts together, hence that’s why I used the heart stamp for community foundation to match the cancels. The postmark date is 23 November 2012. Thank you postmaster!
A cover with cancels from Charlottetown Post Office in Newfoundland.
On the cover, I used two beneficial insect stamps and one permanent definitive stamp that features a ship to match the cancels from Charlottetown Post Office. The postmark date is 10 October 2012 and the location is Charlottetown. The slogan of the cancel is “Home of the Shrimp Draggers.”

The postcard shows a picture from the park. The place is so beautiful, I wish I could go there one day!
I used the Parks Canada stamp as Gros Morne is a national park. The postmark date is 1 October 2012, and the location is Portland Creek.

Today I received a cover with cancels from Pouch Cove Post Office in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Pouch Cove is the first town to see the sun in North America. I put a sunflower stamp on the cover since it’s shape is similar to the logo in the pictorial cancel of the town. I sent the cover on February 24, the postmark on the cover is March 5, and it arrived in my mailbox today March 16. Approximately 10 days to travel from Ottawa to Pouch Cove and 10 days more to come back. Thanks a lot Postmaster!
