On the cover, Vivin affixed a setenant stamps that commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. Vivin also put a strip of Swami Vivekananda portrait on the cover. The postmark date and location are not clear.

A surprise postcard from Bangalore, the state capital of Karnataka, India. This card was sent by postcrosser Saujanya Golwelkar. It’s a card for Bengaluru Postcrosser Meetup on 9 June 2013.
The front of the postcard shows the beautiful Bangalore Palace, the summer palace for the former rulers of Mysore.
At the back, there are signatories of the meetup attendees. Saujanya affixed three stamps of Ramgopal Maheshwari, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, and Chaitya Bhoomi. A special postmark featuring Vidhana Soudha, the state parliament of Karnataka was applied. The postmark date is 10 June 2013. Thanks a lot Saujanya!

It’s a pretty pink cover. Saujanya affixed five stamps on this cover, where the two stamps on the upper right corner commemorate the National Mathematics Day. The National Mathematics Day special cancel was applied on the two stamps with postmark date 22 December 2012 and location Bangalore.

On this cover, Sameer affixed one lage souvenir sheet with four stamps. The souvenir sheet is about the 19th Commonwealth Games held in Delhi in 2010. The postmark date is 15 December 2012 and the location is Bangalore GPO.

A beautiful FDC from India, sent by postcrosser Sameer Miraj for Nice Cover Circuit in postcrossing forum.
The FDC is a joint-issue by India and Israel in conjunction with festival of lights (Deepavali and Hanukkah) to commemorate 20 years of diplomatic relations. Sameer affixed two stamps on the front of the cover. The postmark date is 5 November 2012 and the location is Bangalore.
Att the back Sameer affixed two additional stamps to make up the postage rate.

One big cover from India, sent by Vivin Fernandes of Mysore, Karnataka.
On the cover, Vivin affixed one large souvenir sheet on Festivals of India and another two stamps. The souvenir sheet contains three stamps that feature two major festivals in India: Deepavali and Dussehra. The other two stamps are about the Indo-Tibetan Police Force and the Indian Council of Medical Research. There is only one cancel applied ‘perfectly’ on the Indian Concil of Medical Research stamp! The postmark date is 16 November 2012 and the location is Mysore. Thank you Vivin!

The FDC is for Children’s Day, which is celebrated in India on November 14, the birthday of Jawaharlal Nehru, it’s first prime minister. ON the cover, Saujanya affixed four stamps from the Children’s Day issue and one stamp that feature T. S. Narayanaswami, a prominent industrialist in India. Two commemorative cancels from the issue that feature childrens holding hands and one special cancel of Bangalore Philatelic Bureau were applied. The postmark date is 14 November 2012.

The postcard shows the Jaganmohan Palace in Mysore, Karnataka.
At the back, Saujanya affixed two Civil Aviation Centenary commemorative stamps and two Gandhi definitve stamps. The special postmark date 10-11-12 is clearly visible on the two special cancels from Bangalore Philatelic Bureau applied on the postcard!!! The Bangalore Philatelic Bureau pictorial cancel depicts a silhoutte of Vidhana Soudha – the state legislature of Karnataka. Thank you very much Saujanya!

On this cover, Saujanya affixed a minisheet that contains two stamps. The minisheet depicts the Urs Festival of Dargah Sharif in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
There are two nice photos inside. The first photo shows the Temple of Venugopala Swamy in Mysore, Karnataka. For more than 70 years the temple was submerged in water due to a dam construction in 1930. In 2004 the temple was relocated to a higher ground.
The second photo is a RAS photo! It shows a rail motor car that serve the Kalka-Shimla Railway route. The railway route is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The rail motor car was imported from England in 1939 and is still being used! Thanks a lot Saujanya!
