The cover is actually FDC from the Woodpecker issues. On the cover, Nurulhuda affixed two stamps from the issue, one of it was cancelled with a heavy postmark. The cover is actually the FDC for Children’s Hobbies issue by Pos Malaysia. This is the second cover that I received from this issue (check my post no. 581 here for the first cover). On this cover, Nurulhuda affixed three ouf of six stamps from the issue. There is a nice airmail stamp on bottom left of the cover. The postmark date is 26 November 2012 and the location is Pusat Mel Muar, Johor. Thanks a lot Nurulhuda!
The Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabth II FDC issued by Pos Malaysia in conjunction with the Royal Visit of Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to Malaysia! Thanks a lot to postcrosser Nurulhuda Kadir of Johor, Malaysia who sent me this FDC for a cover exchange arranged by Nice Cover Circuit in postcrossing forum.
Nurulhuda affixed two stamps on the FDC. One stamp features the royal couple’s visit to Malaysia in 2012 and the other is a stamp-in-stamp that features an old stamp issued by the state government of Selangor of Malaya in 1952 in conjunction with the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953. The postmark date is 18 October 2012 anfd the location is Muar, Johor.
