The postcard is about Dragon Boat Race. Back home in Penang, Malaysia, Dragon Boat Festival is a major annual event. In Ottawa the annual Dragon Boat Festival is a major tourist attraction in summer, and the race takes place at Mooney’s Bay which is just beside our home.
