Winnipeg is the provincial capital of Manitoba and it’s largest city. The cancel on the left is the permanent pictorial cancel of the post office, while the cancel on the right is a commemorative cancel to mark the 200th anniversary of Red River Settlement. The postmark date is 30 November 2012. Thank you Postmaster!
On April 2nd, I sent a cover to Souris Post Office in Manitoba and today I received it back.
