My first cover from the Principality of Liechtenstein! Thanks to Florian Tirk of Austria.
On the cover, Florian affixed one stamp featuring the classic Hinstin car. One special cancel was applied on the cover. The special cancel features Vaduz Castle. The postmark date is 4 April 2013 and the location is Vaduz, the capital of Liechtenstein.
Inside the cover, Florian sent me a postcard that shows a beautiful view of Vaduz. Thank you very much Florian!

The cover is actually an FDC issued to commemorate the Irish Presidency of the Council of the European Union issued on 17 January 2013. On the cover, Fabio affixed one stamp from the issue that features the logo of the Irish Presidency. There is also one postage label that shows a falcon. The cover is actually FDC from the Woodpecker issues. On the cover, Nurulhuda affixed two stamps from the issue, one of it was cancelled with a heavy postmark. During the Easter Weekend, we visited Escapade Eskimo in Otter Lake, Quebec to try dog sledding. I rode the dog sled with Maryam in early February this year during the Governor’s General Open Day at Rideau Hall, so this is my second ride with Maryam. However for Aiman and mama it was their first time to ride dog sled.
Here is the postcard from Escapade Eskimo. We rode the dog sled for 2 km – we were even allowed to steer the sled! It was so much fun!!

Another cover with snake cancels – this one is cancelled at Inwood Post Office in Manitoba.
The cancels feature the head of a garter snake. The Year of Snake stamp is used to match the cancels. Thank you Postmaster!
A cover with cancels from Ralston Post Office in Alberta, Canada.
I used one Year of Snake stamp on the cover. The cancels show the emblem of Canadian Forces Base Suffied where Ralston is located. The emblem features the rattle snake, and hence the reason why the Year of Snake stamp is used. Thank you Postmaster!
