On the cover, Patrick affixed two stamps issued in 2013. The first stamp commemorate the 120th anniversary of the Royal Bahamas Police Force Band while the second stamp commemorate the 40th anniversary of Bahamas Independence in 2013. The postmark date is 20 August 2013.
